Private Pitching Instructor (35+ Years)

Wth over three decades of experience as a private pitching instructor, Joe has a proven track record of developing pitchers at all levels. His students have achieved notable success, including opportunities to play at collegiate levels, professional leagues, and even represent national teams.

Head Coach, Florin High School 

Joe served as the Head Coach at Florin High School, where he led the team to significant achievements and demonstrated his leadership and coaching acumen.

Varsity Assistant Softball Coach, Sheldon High School (18 Years)

As an assistant coach at Sheldon High School, Joe has played a crucial role in the program’s success, contributing to 8 section titles and 12 league championships.

 

Head Coach, Sheldon High School (2025 - Present)

Joe became only the second head coach in Sheldon history in 2025. After her retirement, legendary head coach Mary Jo Truesdale hand selected Joe to take the reigns the program.

Travel Ball Coach

Joe has extensive experience coaching travel ball teams, including stints with the Lady Blazers and California Breeze organizations. He is also a founding member of the Lady Magic Organization, showcasing his commitment to developing talent and advancing the sport.
