Career Highlights

 

 

Lindsey has been giving one-on-one catching and hitting lessons since 2013. Lindsey’s mission is to help players reach the next level of softball by teaching both physical skill and a mental understanding of the game.

Coaching Experience

  • 2014- present Co-Head Coach of Lady Magic – Munoz

 

Lindsey currently is Co-Head Coach for the Lady Magic – Munoz softball team based out of Sacramento.

Lindsey was recently ranked #24 in the list of all travel ball coaches by Extra Innings Softball.

Professional Career

  • 2016 USSSA Pride

 

Lindsey was invited to travel to Italy as a guest member of the USSSA Pride Professional Softball team for an exhibition tour against the Italian National team. While there, Lindsey and the Pride provided instructional clinics to youth coaches to help improve the level of play throughout Italy.

 

International Career

After her junior year at Cal Berkeley (2012), Lindsey was invited to try out for the USA National Softball team and was ultimately selected to be a member of the USA Elite National team. The following summer (2013), she was selected to be a member of the USA National Team.  While catching for Team USA, Lindsey won a silver medal in the 2013 World Cup and a gold medal in the 2013 Pan-American Games Qualifier.

 

Collegiate Career

​Lindsey caught 4 seasons at UC Berkeley (2010-2013) before graduating in 2013. During her career at Cal, the Bears made the post-season all 4 years and made 2 trips to the Women’s College World Series tournament finishing 5th in the nation in 2011 and 3rd in the nation in 2012. Lindsey is currently 4th in the Cal Softball record books for career home runs (42) and single season home runs (17), and is 5th in the Cal record books for career RBIs (151). As a senior, Lindsey was named team captain, awarded Pac-12 second team (2013), and was the Pac-12 Softball Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Travel Ball

As a travel ball player Lindsey played for the Lady Magic organization based out of Sacramento. In summer 2008, Lindsey was a member of the Lady Magic 16u ASA National Championship team, hitting 17 homeruns over the course of the tournament.

Lindsey has over 10 years as a travel ball coach in the Lady Magic organization. She and husband Ernie led Lady Magic to the 2022 PGF 12u Premier National Championship.
